How do tokens work?
You use tokens to generate images. Different quality settings and special presets have different token costs. You can see the token cost for your current selections on the "Generate Image" button before you click it.
Base Token Costs:
- Low Quality: 1 Token
- Medium Quality: 2 Tokens
- High Quality: 3 Tokens
Premium Preset Costs:
- For Low/Medium Quality images with a premium preset: +1 Token extra.
- For High Quality images with a premium preset: +2 Tokens extra.
What are the token costs for different quality levels?
The base token costs for image generation are:
- Low Quality: 1 Token
- Medium Quality: 4 Tokens
- High Quality: 8 Tokens
Do premium presets cost extra?
Yes, some premium presets (like "Wearing Shoes") have an additional token cost on top of the selected quality setting:
- For Low or Medium Quality images with a premium preset: +1 Token extra.
- For High Quality images with a premium preset: +2 Tokens extra.
The total cost, including any premium preset charges, is always shown on the "Generate Image" button.
What image file types and sizes are supported for upload?
You can upload images in JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) and PNG (.png) formats. The maximum file size for uploaded images is 20MB.
How is my uploaded product image used?
Your product image is sent to an advanced AI model. This AI then edits the image based on the style you select and your other preferences (like color or text). The goal is to keep your product looking exactly the same, while the AI creatively changes the background or the scene around your product to generate a new marketing image.
What if I run out of tokens?
If you need more tokens, you can easily purchase them. Just click the shopping cart icon () in the header of the main application page.
